BYLAWS OF THE PROBATE AND ESTATE PLANNING SECTION OF THE STATE BAR OF MICHIGAN SECTION 2.4 INVITED GUESTS. Without a vote of the Council, the chairperson may invite guests who are not Section members to address one or more Council meetings from time to time concerning issues that the Chairperson believes will assist the Council in its consideration of particular issues that are before the Council.
