On March 24, 2018, the Council of the Probate & Estate Planning Section approved the officers’ recommendation to retire the EPIC Q&A Panel, effective immediately. This means that no new questions will be submitted to the Panel; however, existing questions and answers will remain on ICLE’s website and as part of ICLE’s Probate Sourcebook.
