About the Real Property Law Section
The Real Property Law Section provides education and information on real property law issues through seminars, publications, and networking events, as well as advocacy in the Legislature and in precedential cases involving real property law.

Our CLE programs include Summer and Winter Conferences, Real Estate Outlook Breakfast Roundtables, Recent Legislation and Hot Topics on the Horizon and "Ask the Expert" programs which provide an opportunity for all members to gather for outstanding educational programming, networking, and most importantly, a lot of fun.
