IP Law Section: Trademark Trial & Appeal Board Discussion

The State Bar of Michigan Intellectual Property Law Section invites you to join United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) Chief Judge Gerard F. Rogers for a discussion of current developments in TTAB proceedings while enjoying a complimentary luncheon buffet.

Chief Judge Rogers will discuss the state of the TTAB and the evolution of board proceedings. The discussion will be followed by a question and answer session.

Dress Code: Business attire—sport or suit coat for men. Dresses, pantsuits, blazers, and slacks for women. Denim of any style or color is not permitted.
