This comprehensive workshop equips mediators and ADR professionals with tools to grow a sustainable practice through marketing, business development skills, and thought leadership. Attendees will learn how to define and communicate their value, position themselves as trusted experts, and implement a strategic marketing framework that supports long-term success.

Thought leadership is integrated throughout the program. Participants will explore how their insights, experiences, and stories can become powerful assets in building credibility, visibility, and client trust.

$50 per day for members, $75 per day for non-members.
