You will learn the character traits of an excellent arbitrator, the arbitrator’s role, authority and responsibilities, arbitrator ethics and practice standards, how to prepare for and conduct a preliminary hearing, how to manage evidentiary hearings, preparing and writing an award and managing post hearing issues.
