Report of Task Force on Diversity in ADR

The Task Force was convened by the Equal Access Initiative and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section. This project provided a unique opportunity for a broad array of voices on the issues of both ADR and diversity to come together, educate, and learn from each other, and envision a world where diverse populations of people can access a diverse spectrum of ADR.
