Business Law Section: Debtor/Creditor Rights & Bankruptcy Committee Joint Meeting

The July 15, 2015, joint meeting of the Debtor/Creditor Rights and the Bankruptcy Committee of the Federal Bar Association will feature presentations by the Honorable Steven W. Rhodes, who will answer questions about the city of Detroit and municipal bankruptcies, and Professor John Pottow of the University of Michigan Law School, who will lead a discussion of the five bankruptcy opinions the Supreme Court is expected to issue before the end of its current session.

Hors d'oeuvres will be served and there will be a $10.00 charge.
