Please note that all council members need to attend meeting and if they are going to be absent to let the chair know. Per the bylaws, "If any elected member of the Council shall fail to attend three (3) meetings of the Council in any one fiscal year, the seat held by such member may be declared vacant by the Council."
Keep that in mind.
