This webinar will provide an overview and best practice considerations of the CARES Act, which will include specifics on the payroll tax credit, paycheck protection program, employee retention credit, emergency family & medical leave credit, net operating loss changes, corporation implications, best practice considerations, and much more.
The webinar will be broken down into two separate presentations to give taxation/accounting and taxation/legal overviews of the CARES Act, followed by a ten-minute Q&A session.
