 Guy Hostetler, M.A., C.R.C., C.D.M.S.,A.B.D. A., LPC, a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor of Hostetler Fontaine and Associates speaking on vocational issues, particularly involving skills and transferable skills.
 11:00 a.m.
 Dennis S. Giannini, M.D. a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Specialist & Physiatrist of Sport Physicians, PC affiliated with DMC Detroit Receiving Hospital speaking on the practice of physiatry. Also, he will address its possible uses for legal practitioners with disabled clients.
Noon  Lunch will be provided at Laurel Manor.
 1:00 p.m.
 Christopher Mattia, Livonia ODAR HOD, will be speaking on how e-files are put together. Where to find prior files, previous decisions, remanded cases from Appeals Council or Federal District Court, among other topics.
 1:30 p.m.
 Lewis M. Seward, Attorney of Seward, Tally & Piggott, PC will be speaking about legal practitioners’ mistakes in taking or not taking cases to Federal Court. When you should or shouldn’t take a case to Federal Court and why it might be necessary to advance the case to the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
