Please join Barry Goldman, NAA Michigan Region, and friends for a presentation on “The Dilution Effect.”

Barry will speak about how The Dilution Effect impacts arbitration:

  • How additional evidence reduces (dilutes) persuasiveness
  • How briefing weak and irrelevant arguments weakens (dilutes) arbitral decisions
  • How add-on evidence and argument interfere with (dilute) judgment

You will not want to miss this thought-provoking discussion. We always learn something new from Barry in his “For What It’s Worth” column in the Lawnotes for the Section, so we look forward to learning something new on May 20.

Also please note this virtual NAA Region Meeting will have breakout rooms open at 6:30 p.m. so participants can network with others.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
