The seminar portion of the program will consist of three 30-minute roundtable sessions which will allow participants to engage judges and magistrate judges in a discussion on important topics involving labor and employment law cases, including practice pointers for litigating in a post-pandemic environment. The judges will offer their perspectives on a myriad of topics, like whether and to what extent it will continue to utilize platforms like Zoom to conduct hearings and conferences.

Check-in for the event will start at 4:00 pm. The program will start at 4:30 p.m., and will be followed by a reception with cocktails and heavy hors d’oeuvres.
