Due to COVID-19, temporary I-9 completion policies were implemented. Employers need to understand proper completion, management and maintenance of obligatory I-9 forms, and make sure their I-9 compliance programs are sound.

Ahndia Mansoori is a senior associate attorney in the firm’s Detroit office. She focuses her practice on immigration and customs law. Ms. Mansoori received her J.D. from University of Detroit Mercy Law School where she graduated cum laude and was a recipient of the 2016 Public Interest Fellowship. She also holds a B.A. in political science with a minor in organizational leadership from Purdue University. Ms. Mansoori has had several internships including the International News Desk at C-SPAN, Michigan Immigrant Rights Center, and served as a law clerk at the Kitch Law Firm. Ms. Mansoori is licensed to practice in Michigan and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, American Immigration Lawyers Association, Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, and the Michigan Council of the Society for Human Resource Management. Ms. Mansoori also is fluent in Farsi.
