Labor Law Section: Mid-Winter Meeting

This educational program will include labor and employment law updates and a panel discussion celebrating the 50th anniversary of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. A cocktail reception, dinner, and afterglow will follow. The Distinguished Service Award will also be presented to Arbitrator Richard Mittenthal. Following the award presentation, Clay Risen, New York Times op-ed editor, will discuss his new book The Bill of the Century: The Epic Battle for the Civil Rights Act.
