Please plan to join us for this virtual discussion about the advantages and disadvantages of conducting video arbitrations as the landscape of the remote work environment continues to evolve. During a panel discussion with highly respected arbitrators from the National Academy of Arbitrators and attorney advocates with experience in labor and employment arbitration, we will address issues ranging from pre-hearing procedures that help ensure a smooth process to witness and exhibit issues on the day of hearing. Our distinguished panel of speakers will include:

  • Arbitrator Betty Widgeon, National Academy of Arbitrators
  • Tiffany Buckley-Norwood, Jackson & Lewis
  • Mark Cousens, Cousens Law
