SpringBoard features a series of roundtable discussions followed by an evening of networking, complimentary drinks (two tickets), and hors d'oeuvres. The seminar this year will focus on the perspective of judges and clerks on employment law cases. Three 30-minute roundtable sessions will allow participants to engage judges and clerks in a discussion on these salient topics:
- Litigation from the Perspective of Judges
- Considerations During the Life Cycle of an Employment Claim
- Advice from Law Clerks on Interfacing with the Court
