MAACS Youth Appellate Defense Counsel Joshua Pease explains the differences between the youth and adult justice systems.
Following a short break, the program resumes with a panel discussion on specialty courts with Judges Jason Bomia, Janice Cunningham, and John Hallacy. Angie Martell, attorney and mediator, shares ideas about how to protect vulnerable clients. Wayne County Special Assistant Prosecutor Timothy Baughman closes the program with his popular year-end review of high impact criminal cases.
