ADR Processes During Pre-Litigation and Litigation

Join us at The Iroquois Club in Bloomfield Hills on Thursday, April 24th, beginning at 4:30 p.m. (Program follows a brief Insurance and Indemnity Section business meeting from 4:00 to 4:30 p.m.) This program will explore ADR processes in both pre-litigation and litigation, featuring two panels of attorneys and mediators, including Donn Fresard, Suzanne Stanczyk, Marcy Tayler, Judges Edward Ewell and Patricia Fresard.
