Conflict Coaching

When:  Jan 27, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 01:30 PM (ET)

Conflict coaching is a one on one process that helps people build skills and confidence to handle conflict more effectively. Because it does not require both parties to participate, it is especially valuable when one person does not want to mediate or when mediators want additional tools to use during caucus. Coaching is approached differently from general dispute resolution, since individual sessions can be more direct, reflective, and tailored to the person’s specific challenges and goals.

Mediation Trainer Tiffany Stanley will demonstrate how the G.R.O.W.T.H. (Goal, Review the Scenerio, Open-Ended Questions, Wheel of Conflict, Test Options, Have a Plan.Model) gives mediators and coaches a structured, intentional framework to help individuals develop and achieve realistic goals that reduce conflict.
