This interactive workshop covers a broad range of impasse-breaking technicques, building on David's recently released book, which describes 60 such interventions.The workshop will include small group discussion, videos, and roleplays, and will also focus on impasse prevention and negotiation pitfalls. Course materials include excerpts from David’s book, published by the American Bar Association, “The Art of Impasse-Breaking in Mediation: A Handbook for Mediators, Lawyers, and Other Conflict Resolvers.”
