The Young Lawyers Section Health & Wellness Committee welcomes you to the Detroit Athletic Club on May 19 at 2:00 p.m. for a Lunch & Learn Boot Camp.
Boot Camp workouts increase physical strength, aerobic endurance, and aids in coordination. After the Boot Camp we will have and lunch and learn discussion regarding proper pre and post nutrition options.
After your workout enjoy the relaxing amenities of the club which include full use of the hot tub, sauna, and steam room.
Space is limited as there is a 15 person cap, please reserve your spot early.
