How & Why the Legal Profession is Restructuring & What it Means for Us Victoria Vuletich, professor at WMU Cooley Law School, will present a program on the modern trends in the legal profession and changes we may experience in the near future.
Declaration of Candidacy Any member of the section who wishes to declare himself or herself a candidate for an office or a member position on the council must complete and submit the Declaration of Candidacy form. Excerpts from the section's bylaws regarding the duties of officers and members of the council should be reviewed before responding. The section's Nominations Committee, by authority under the bylaws, may nominate additional candidates. The bylaws also permit other nominations for the same offices to be made from the floor at the annual meeting of the section. If you have any questions, please contact Denise E.
