Ms. Hendrickson will set the scene by addressing the legal landscape with respect to current and pending pay equity laws, regulations, and litigation.

Professor Marsh will discuss her experience as a complainant and party to the recent case settled between the EEOC and the University of Denver.

Mr. Paretti will discuss the EEOC’s efforts to address equal pay issues through litigation, education, and policy initiatives.
