This discussion will focus on the current status of federal law as it applies to transgender employees as well as the policies and practices that employers should have in place to help foster inclusive environments for employees who are transgender.

Featured presenters include: Jay Kaplan, ACLU of Michigan; Dale Price, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; and Charin Davenport, professor at Oakland University and transgender activist.
