Annual Meeting: Call for Speakers

Interested In Speaking?
If you are interested in being considered as a speaker for our Annual Meeting or a webinar, please submit a speaking proposal and include the proposal information listed below.

Proposal Information

Contact Information (name, title, firm/organization, address, city, state, zip code, phone, e-mail address) for each presenter

Title of Proposal

Audience: Short paragraph describing the audience for whom your topic is intended and why the subject area fits with the meeting themes.

Bullet Points: List four to six bullet points that describe the specific issues you plan to cover. Please note that sessions will be approximately 1 hour in length with multiple speakers and that speakers may be asked to collaborate together as co-speakers for a session.

Type of Materials: We encourage you to provide practical takeaways, such as sample contract language, draft policies, or checklists, ultimately as a part of your written materials, in addition to a PowerPoint presentation. Please indicate what type of takeaways you anticipate providing.

Biography: Please attach a resume or curriculum vitae, including information regarding Section position(s) you hold or have held or other efforts on behalf of the Section, whether you have authored articles or publications, and/or whether you have spoken at an in-person program or on a webinar.
