Environmental Law: TSCA Seminar—Impacts & Best Practices for the New Chemicals Law

The Michigan Chemistry Council will host a seminar and livestreamed webinar to discuss the recent major amendments to the federal Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) that regulates domestic industrial chemicals. These amendments, which are currently being implemented by the EPA, are having and will continue to have major implications for any company that manufactures, imports, or processes chemicals.
