This seminar is designed to offer judges with a business court docket assignment and business court practitioners (transactional and in-house counsel attorneys) an opportunity to network and discuss business court jurisdiction, business court discovery protocols, best practices in utilizing early ADR in business courts, and effective business court case management practices.
Participants: This seminar is designed for judges with a business court docket assignment and business court practitioners (transactional and in-house counsel attorneys). Due to space limitations, attendance is limited to the 21 judges with a business court docket assignment and up to 60 business court practitioners.
Faculty: Speakers for the seminar will include business court judges and practitioners.
