Diversity & Inclusion

The Director of Diversity & Inclusion’s role is to harness the strengths and backgrounds of the individual group members and to provoke meaningful dialogues and ideas that result in meaningful change in the business law legal profession. The Director coordinates meetings, various programming, events, and social media campaigns geared towards promoting real results and inclusion for those who feel marginalized, overlooked, and/or oppressed. The group’s overarching goal is to, not only diversify the business law practice in the state, but also to change perceptions by helping to eliminate unconscious biases.
