  • A great networking and learning opportunity with fellow mediators in a vintage nineteenth century Grand Rapids law office venue.
  • Socializing followed by a group discussion of current dispute resolution issues led by a panel of very experienced ADR practitioners: Scott Brinkmeyer, Shon Cook and Pam Enslen.
  • Discussion topics include mediation of sexual harassment claims, safety in mediation, domestic violence and application of the screening protocol, diversity issues, techniques for breaking impasse and new developments in the ADR field, including automatic ADR.
  • Learn from one another by sharing your most difficult and challenging cases with the group and discover new and fresh approaches to problem solving.
